Can I use Phone Call Genie immediately after signing up?
Yes. Phone Call Genie provides a FREE trail to our customers. After you fill out the order form an automated e-mail will be sent to your address with all information required to use your free Phone Call Genie account.
All first time recharges of Phone Call Genie must be verified by a Phone Call Genie customer service representative. This is only done once, on your first recharge. Verification is our way of preventing against fraud. A Phone Call Genie customer service representative will contact you within 24 business hours of your recharge. To expedite your verification process, contact us after submitting your order.
How do I sign up for my FREE trial of Phone Call Genie?
Signing up for your free trial of Phone Call Genie is easy. Receive up to an hour of talk time to certain destinations free. (Allotted minutes for free talk time differs from destination to destination based on the rate per minute to that country. Use the rate finder, found on any Phone Call Genie page, to determine your card's talk time, or login to your account and use the rate finder found on the recharge page.)
Can I recharge my card immediately after signing up for a free trail?
Yes. After you sign up for your free trail, an automated e-mail will be sent to your address with all necessary calling information. Once you have received this e-mail, login to your Phone Call Genie account, and enter credit card information at the "Recharge Page."
Before your credit card information is processed a Phone Call Genie customer service representative will call you to verify your order. Phone Call Genie customer service representatives make all calls within 24 business hours of receiving your recharge request. To expedite this process please contact us.
You will only need to verify your account and credit card information on you first recharge of Phone Call Genie.
What is the Phone Call Genie Loyal Customer Rewards Program?
The Phone Call Genie Loyal Rewards Program is our way of rewarding our loyal customers.
Make sure you read the details to understand how our program works:
- For every purchase you make of $20 or more, earn a point for each dollar spent.
- Once you have received 100 points, you are eligible for a FREE $5 recharge on your next purchase.
- You can receive your free recharge, only after you have at least 100 points and together with a purchase.
- Your points are shown every time you place an order on the Recharge Account screen. If you have more than 100 points, you will see an option to select a free recharge.
These points have no expiration or additional restrictions. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding our Speak Longer Loyal Rewards Program.
I signed up for Phone Call Genie, but did not receive an e-mail.
After filling out the order form for Phone Call Genie, you will receive an automated e-mail with all calling information.
If you did not receive this e-mail:
- You might have accidentally deleted your confirmation e-mail. Make sure to check in your trash folder.
- Check your "Spam Box" or "Bulk Mail" folder. Sometimes our confirmation e-mails get sorted out as spam when it goes through your e-mail system.

Will Phone Call Genie provide me with a receipt for my recharge?
Yes, Phone Call Genie provides receipts for all purchases.
To print your sales receipt:
- Login to your account with your email and password.
- Click "View Bill"
- When your purchase history is displayed click "print sales receipt" for the transaction you would like a receipt.
Sales receipt will open in a separate window and trigger the print menu automatically.
