FAQ SupportHow do I turn on or off the balance announcement?
To turn on or off your balance and minutes announcement:
  1. Login to your account with your email and password.
  2. Click "Account Settings"

Click on the link that says "Balance announcement: Turn Off."

FAQ SupportWhat is Speed Dial?

Speed dial is a unique calling card feature that reduces your dialing time and error.  Using the computer interface, or through the telephone you can add your frequently called contacts to Phone Call Genie's phone book.  Then use the two-digit number assigned to the contact you would like to call.

International phone numbers can be long and confusing.  Phone Call Genie understands this and has created Speed Dial as a convenience feature.  Using Speed Dial ensures you have entered the correct number and eliminates the need to hang up and retry when you misdial.  It also saves you money by never calling the wrong person by accident.

FAQ SupportHow do I add phone numbers to the Speed Dial feature?

The Speed Dial feature for Phone Call Genie allows you to store up to 10 international and U.S. phone numbers. Then, retrieve those numbers with a two-digit combination.

To manage this feature you can either login to your online account and go to the Speed Dial section OR follow these instructions:

  1. Dial an access number
  2. While you are listening to the balance of the account, dial star (*)
  3. Select 2 to access the Speed Dial administration menu
  4. Select the Speed Dial code you'd like to review or change + "#" (for example, 1#)
  5. Listen to the current number assigned to this code
  6. After you hear the old number, enter the new number + "#" (for example, 01178123330085#) - OR - just press "#" to leave the old number
  7. Follow steps 2 to 5 to enter other speed dial codes
  8. Press "0" to exit the administration menu

To use the Speed dial:

  1. Dial an access number
  2. Listen to your balance

Dial the speed dial code + "#" (for example, 1# or 2#, etc.).

FAQ SupportHow do I view my call history?
  1. Login to your account with your email and password.
  2. Click "View Bill."

Here you can see all Call Detail Records (CDR) for your service for the last two months. If you need to keep CDRs for longer periods, please copy and save the records regularly.

FAQ SupportHow do I add phone numbers for PIN-less dialing?

To add phone numbers for PIN-less dialing:

  1.  Login to your Phone Call Genie account
  2. Click the "PIN-less Dialing" link at the top.
  3. Enter phone numbers and assign labels.
  4. Clikc the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

It is important to complete these steps.  Failure to click the save  button at the bottom of the screen will not save newly entered phone numbers.

FAQ SupportHow do I recharge my Phone Call Genie account?

To recharge your Phone Call Genie account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "Recharge Page" link at the top of the screen.
  3. Fill out the needed information and follow the instructions.

Minimum account recharge is $10.  Recharges can be done in $5 increments above $10. 

Please be aware the recharge has not been processed until you see the thank you screen .  Please make sure you follow all steps, and when you see the thank you screen you my close your browser window.

Don't forget that Phone Call Genie also offers an Auto Account Recharge option.  Ensure that your balance never runs out and always maintains the minimum you select of either $5, $10, or $20.

FAQ SupportHow do I update my credit card information for Auto Account Recharge?

Auto Account Recharge eliminates the need to monitor your account balanace.  Turning this feature on will automatically recharge your account when it hits the minimukm you select; either $5, $10 or $20. 

Auto recharges can be done for any increment you would like above $10.

In order for your auto recharge to take affect it is important for your credit card information to be as up to date as possible. 

To update your credit card information:

  1. Login to your account with your email and password.
  2. Click the "Account Settings" link at the top.
  3. Enter new credit card information at the bottom and click the "Save" button.
