FAQ SupportWhat is Phone Call Genie?

Phone Call Genie is your number one choice for low rate international and domestic long distance calling.  Phone Call Genie offers the most competitive rates available and is a completely "clean" calling card.  Meaning there are no fees besides the standard per minute charge and taxes.  There are no, hidden fees, maintenance fees, service fees, connection fees, etc.

Phone Call Genie offers a free trail of its services to anyone interested.  Signing up for your free account is easy. 

  • Click the order tab
  • , fill in your name, e-mail and phone number
  •  click the "Order" button

An automated e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with all necessary information to use your free trial of Phone Call Genie.

FAQ SupportWhat is the access number for Phone Call Genie?

Phone Call Genie offers two different types of access numbers, a toll free number and a local access number.

Using the local access number will save you a penny per minute on your calls.  If calling from your cell phone or a phone that has a nation wide calling plan, and there is not a local access number in your area, dial any local access number and save a penny per minute on your calls.

To find a local access number in your area use the local access number finder OR login to your Phone Call Genie account and click the "Recharge Page" link at the top.  You will see your local access number and toll free number for Phone Call Genie.

FAQ SupportWhat taxes/fees are associated with Phone Call Genie?

Phone Call Genie is considered a clean card.  Meaning it has no fees associated with it, except taxes and the standard per minute rate to the destination you called.

Many phone cards display extremely low rates to their calling destinations, however have maintenance, service and connection fees.  In reality these cards provide less competitive rates, then clean cards, however display more visually appealing poster rates.

There is a 10% flat tax on all calls placed from Phone Call Genie.

FAQ SupportWhat is the Speed Dial feature, and how does it work?

The Speed Dial feature for Phone Call Genie allows you to store up to 10 international and U.S. phone numbers. Then using two-digit dialing to call your Speed Dial contacts.  Just like speed dial on your home or cell phone.

Managing the Speed Dial feature can either be online, or over the phone.  To manage your Speed Dial contacts online, login to your online account and click the Speed Dial tab at the top of the screen.

To update your speed dial over the phone:

  1. Dial an access number
  2. While you are listening to the balance of the account, dial star (*)
  3. Select 2 to access the Speed Dial administration menu
  4. Select the Speed Dial code you'd like to review or change + "#" (for example, 1#)
  5. Listen to the current number assigned to this code
  6. After you hear the old number, enter the new number + "#" (for example, 01178123330085#) - OR - just press "#" to leave the old number
  7. Follow steps 2 to 5 to enter other speed dial codes
  8. Press "0" to exit the administration menu

To use the Speed dial:

  1. Dial an access number
  2. Listen to your balance

Dial the speed dial code + "#" (for example, 1# or 2#, etc.).

The Phone Call Genie Loyal Rewards Program is our way of rewarding our loyal customers.

Make sure you read the details to understand how our program works:

  • For every purchase you make of $20 or more, earn a point for each dollar spent.
  • Once you have received 100 points, you are eligible for a FREE $5 recharge on your next purchase.
  • You can receive your free recharge, only after you have at least 100 points and together with a purchase.
  • Your points are shown every time you place an order on the Recharge Account screen. If you have more than 100 points, you will see an option to select a free recharge.

FAQ SupportHow do I use my Loyal Reward Points to get free airtime?

To apply your reward points, you need to make a manual recharge of your Phone Call Genie account.  In the process of making a manual recharge,  you will see an option of adding points to your recharge amount.

FAQ SupportWhat is the Phone Call Genie return policy?

Phone Call Genie is committed to providing high quality services 24 hours a day, seven says a week.  The staff here at Phone Call Genie works hard to provide you with adequate low rate calling. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in occasional disruptions in service. We will issue a credit or a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If you are charged for a call that was never completed (there was no answer). Upon verification, we will credit your account the amount charged
  • If you have an active account with no usage, and wish to discontinue the service
If you have unintentionally created two or more Phone Call Genie accounts and would like to terminate one of the account, and if you were incorrectly charged for services not received or for which you did not sign up. In such cases, you must contact a Phone Call Genie customer service representative within 24 hours of the attempted call or discovery of the erroneous charges.
